The market will use the initially published May 2026 Challenger Job Cut Announcement Report, regardless of later revisions, corrections, or updates. If Artificial Intelligence is tied for the highest number of job cuts among reasons in Table 4, the market resolves to Yes.\n\nThe Underlying is the May 2026 column of Challenger’s \"Table 4: Job Cuts by Reason” table. The YTD column will not be used for settlement. If Challenger does not publish Table 4 or does not include a comparable “Job Cuts by Reason” table in the May 2026 report, the Exchange will use the most directly comparable reason-level job-cut table or statement published by Challenger for the May 2026 report.
