Otherwise, this market will resolve to \"NO.\"</p><p>Goals will be determined using the official <a href=\"http://fifa.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">FIFA.com</a> match reports for the relevant matches. Goals scored in extra time count. Goals scored in penalty shootouts do not count.
