However, if Cloudflare changes its reporting terminology or organization, an entry with equivalent labels indicating a nationwide internet outage caused by a power outage will qualify.\n\nA qualifying outage must begin, per Cloudflare's reported start time, by the specified date, 11:59 PM UTC. However, the qualifying label need not be published by then: if Cloudflare reports an outage or internet disruption which is ongoing or has ended within the previous 48 hours at 11:59 PM UTC on the listed date, this market will remain open until 11:59 PM UTC on the third calendar day following the specified date to allow for confirmation of whether the incident qualifies.
