Otherwise, this market will resolve to \"No\".\n\nAn outside investor refers to any person not employed, or entity not owned or controlled, by FIFA, its member associations, or its confederations. A qualifying sale refers to an outside investor acquiring direct equity ownership, voting shares, convertible rights treated as equity, or equivalent ownership interests in the entity. Non-equity financial instruments, sponsorship agreements, broadcast rights agreements, and other commercial contracts that do not convey ownership in the entity will not count.\n\nAn official announcement by FIFA or by a purchasing investor of a completed qualifying sale, or of a binding agreement to complete a qualifying sale, within this market's timeframe will be sufficient to resolve this market to \"Yes\".
