Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. \n\nIf the Official closing price is exactly $130.00, this market will resolve to 50-50\n\nIf Nasdaq does not hold a regular trading session on August 31, 2026, the final completed Nasdaq trading session in August 2026 will be used. \n\nIf Moderna, Inc, (MRNA) does not trade at all during the relevant regular session, this market will resolve 50-50. If the session is shortened, the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. \n\nIf the relevant trading session has no official closing price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.\n\nThe resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Moderna, Inc. (MRNA) “Close” price published under Historical Data at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/MRNA/history/. \n\nIn the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting Moderna, Inc. (MRNA) during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance.\n\nIf Yahoo Finance is unavailable or does not publish a Close price for MRNA by September 4th, the official closing price reported by Nasdaq will be used. However a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
